Alok brings experience across architecture, engineering, construction, and program management. He has led projects from early planning through design, procurement, and execution. His focus is on aligning technical decisions with the broader goals of the Owner.
Michael Betancourt, CFO & Co-Founder
Project & Financial Controls
Michael brings extensive experience in financial management and project controls. His work includes budgeting, forecasting, procurement, cost oversight, and performance reporting. He helps Owners maintain financial clarity and control throughout the life of a project.
